Watch: Santa Barbara Film Festival Video Tribute to Jennifer Lawrence Feb 20th 2013, 02:00 The Oscars will be presented live this weekend, and we’ll see who walks away with the top prizes. One of the frontrunners is Jennifer Lawrence in the Best Actress category for her phenomenal performance in Silver Linings Playbook, and while she’s already been honored at the Screen Actors Guild Awards and Golden Globes, the actress was given a tribute at the Santa Barbara Film Festival. It might seem a little early since her career just seems to be taking off, but the 12-minute sizzle reel they’ve crafted shows why Lawrence deserves so much praise for the work she’s done thus far.
