Late lunchers may lose less weight

It's happened to most of us: you get caught up in work meetings and errands, and before you know it, late afternoon rolls around and you've yet to eat lunch. But putting off your midday meal could bring you more than a growling stomach -- it could also make it more difficult for you to lose weight, a new study finds.
