Barbara Hershey Also Returning for James Wan's 'Insidious Chapter 2′ Dec 12th 2012, 02:00 With Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Ty Simpkins and Lin Shaye all returning for James Wan’s sequel to Insidious, many fans of the horror hit were wondering if Barbara Hershey was going to end up back in the mix. Now their question has been answered as Deadline reports Hershey has signed on to reprise her role of Lorraine Lambert, mother to Wilson’s Josh Lambert in Insidious: Chapter 2. Again, we’re still not sure how the story is going to play out following the ominous events at the end of the first film that seemed to spell doom for at least one of the cast members already confirmed to return, but that’s horror for you.
