Sandy victims treated to rest and relaxation at Belle Harbor Yacht Club in Queens Dec 10th 2012, 04:45 More than 100 hard-hit Sandy survivors indulged in a relaxing afternoon of massages, makeovers and manicures at the Belle Harbor Yacht Club in Queens on Sunday.
